The 2009 Black/Hispanic Achievers Scholarship Ball was held on February 21, 2009 at the Radisson Hotel
in Rockford, IL. Harlan Jefferson , Legendary Jazz Saxophonist provided music. Salsa Dance Demonstrations were
given by Krista and partner. The Rock City Unique Steppers provided a Dance Program consisting of "Hips Don't
Lie and Super Bad" After the program it was time to party with DJ Neal. A good time was had by all.
