A Stepping Contest was held after class on June 19, 2008.  It was a surprise contest for Class Students.  There was some tough competition but Terrel  (T-Rex) and Doris won the contest.  A cash prize was
awarded.   

4-20-08     ELGIN, IL BEGINNER STEPPERS 

Rock City Unique Steppers hosted their monthly Steppers Matinee Brunch on Sunday April 20, 2008.
It was a fun event.  We had delicious food, card and dominoe players and of course Lots of Steppin with DJ Johnny at the box and DJ Queen sat in with a few songs.   We had special guests from Elgin, IL in the house.  They called themselves, the "Beginner Steppers"  They danced the night away with the Rock City Unique Stepper Men.  They even learned a few of the new line dances.  We hope they had a good time and we welcome them back at any time.
